Monoclonal antibodies are a class of antibodies that are produced by hybridoma cells by cell fusion technology and can bind to specific antigenic epitopes. Monoclonal antibodies have the characteristics of batch stability, high specificity and easy large-scale preparation, so they are widely used in biological research, in vitro diagnosis and drug development. According to the different needs of customers, we customize different solutions according to the type, quantity and purity of their antigens; through HAT screening and multiple subcloning screening to ensure 100% purity of cell lines; we use antibody affinity purification to ensure high antibody purity, Whether you use it downstream for diagnostic testing or drug research, its effectiveness is guaranteed.

Ascites preparation and purification For WB antibody
1、 5 BALB/c mice will be immunized, and the best mouse will be chosen for fusion.
2、 1-3 positive clones will be delivered. 3、 1 clone will be used to make ascites followed by purification.
For application-specific antibody (IHC, IF, IP, ChIP)
1、 10 mice will be immunized, and the best 2 mice will be chosen for fusion.
2、 1-3 positive clones will be delivered.
3、 3-5 clones will be used to make ascites followed by purification.

Quality Appraisal According to the customer’s downstream application, carry out corresponding quality inspection 21 Week
Subtyping Subtyping of all positive cell lines and purified antibodies 22 Week

Remark

  • Host: BLAB/C mice;
  • Antigen requirements: concentration>1mg/ml, purity>85%, and the antigen solution does not contain organic solvents, tris, amino acids, etc.
